Summer Solstice

The Summer Solstice takes place on June 21st although the length of days have been growing for some time. I know we often fear the Sun. But life on Earth wouldn’t exist without the nourishing light of the Sun. There is a give and take with the Sun and the Earth. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, giving us the opportunity to bask in the warm golden rays of the Sun and say thank you. Thank you to the Sun and Mother Earth for all of life. For even the possibility of life. Drink in the fresh air around you and feel alive. The Earth right now in the northern hemisphere is at its highest and most bountiful energy. Full of light, love, and health.

We officially move into Cancer season, urging us to soften and find comfort in our lives and home with balance.
